Licence Options
All OliOffice software licences grant the user a non exclusive right to use the
software for a specified period of time subject to the terms of the software
licence a copy of which is available below.
Perpetual Licence
This is a non-exclusive right to use the software, granted for an indefinite
period of time subject to the terms of the software licence upon full
payment of a one time fee.
Annual Licence
This is a non-exclusive right to use the software, granted for a period of one
calender year, subject to the terms of the software licence and includes a
support subscription. The fee is due annually in advance however we do
offer a monthly payment plan by direct debit at no additional cost. The
licence is renewed automatically unless the required notice of termination is
received.
Monthly Licence
This is a non-exclusive right to use the software, granted for a period of one
month, subject to the terms of the software licence and includes a support
subscription. The fee is due monthly in advance and is payable by a monthly
direct debit. The licence is renewed automatically each month unless the
required notice of termination is received.
