Document Management Creating and sending documents is very quick and simple in RED. choose a document type, pick a template and click 'go'! Users can send ad-hoc emails or choose a pre-defined template to speed up the process and increase efficiency. Graphics, images and HTML technology can all be used with the documents and emails users wish to send , All outgoing documents are saved against the relevant records. Incoming emails can be imported and saved against relevant records directly from Outlook.
