REDPay Back Office REDPay is available as our back office system for recruitment agencies and is a reliable and user-friendly package which has been designed and updated to provide all the requirements of back office accounts. Stand-Alone payroll or integrated with RED Timesheet Entry for Payroll & Invoicing Multi Office, Multi User, and Multi Company options Links to BACS and accounting systems such as Sage All legal HMRC requirements including On-line Filing The system can integrate with RED for the transfer of new and amended clients, applicants, timesheets or can be operated as a stand alone back office system.  It has export links to accounting systems such as Sage Line 50 for full sales and nominal ledger integration. The system is fully multi-office and has options for multi-company and multi-user.  The payroll system caters for PAYE, CIS hlders, Umberella and Limited company employees, and provides a complete temporaries payroll system including audit trail reports, printed or emailed payslips/remttances and links to BACS software. The system produces printed or emailed invoices along with a sales ledger daybook, and then links to an external sales ledger to transfer invoices and payroll totals. The REDPay system includes a full range of payroll reporting, including PAYE analysis, margin reporting  by temporary and client, temporary consultant commission reporting, as well as  full client and temporary archived timesheet enquires.   The system links to HMRC for RTI transmission, along with the production of the relevant Intermediaries reporting for non-PAYE employees. It also allows both single and automatic P45 production.
