RED Software Support Having successfully implemented the system you will be pleased to  know that if you have any problems or questions there is help no more than a telephone call away. At the other end of the telephone are industry certified experts who understand the Recruitment System and the complete environment in which it runs.  The HelpDesk staff will resolve the problem with you over the telephone and if necessary by remote access to your system. Support for your system is available from the  HelpDesk between  8.00 a.m. and 6.30 p.m. Monday to Friday. We monitor our performance against our Response and Resolution targets and this information is available to our customers.  Currently we aim to respond within 1 hour and resolve the issue within 1 working day.  Our average missed response rate is currently running at less than 0.5% and 99% of all incidents are resolved within 1 working day.
